The company specializes in the creation of jewelry and various objects and the marketing of its own creations only.

Refund Policy
ELLA .K does its utmost to ensure that its products, created in the workshop, give complete satisfaction.
If this was not the case, in accordance with the Provision of the Consumer Code on distance selling, you have a period of 14 working days from delivery to return the product(s). not suitable.
This right is exercised without penalty: only the return shipping costs are your responsibility. In this case, the items must be returned unworn, in perfect condition, unsoiled, undamaged and in their original packaging.
Otherwise, the products will not be taken back, exchanged or refunded.
Return costs are covered by the workshop in the event of a shipping error on its part or a defective product on arrival.
Within these 14 days, if the return is accepted, you will have the possibility to request a refund by sending an email to ella.k@ellakbijoux-paris.com by indicating in the subject of the email: RETURN REQUEST Order Number: xxx and note in the email your name, first name and address and return tracking number.
Then return the well-packaged item, indicating inside the shipment: your name, first name, address and order number to the address indicated by the Workshop in its response email.
You must choose a mode of transport including a tracking number which must be sent by email to the Workshop: ella.k@free.fr
Without this tracking number, we will not be able to accept any claims regarding possible loss of packages.
The refund will be validated upon receipt and verification of your package.
Shipping Policy
Free ordering and delivery is available in France.
Shipping costs are offered by the Workshop unless otherwise stated on the product sheet
Once your order has been registered, it will be confirmed to you by email.
All orders are shipped from PARIS, FRANCE by La Poste Lettre Prioritaire Suivie, Colissimo Suivi or failing that: Mondial Relay Suivi
The shipping address is the one indicated during the ordering process
Most items in stock are shipped within a maximum of 5 working days, excluding any possible internal malfunction at La Poste or Mondial Relay. If a longer lead time proves necessary, it will be communicated to you when ordering, in the case of an order requiring a long manufacturing time. The order is considered to have been received by the customer on the date indicated by the carrier's tracking number.
In the event that the order is stolen from the customer's mailbox, the Ella K jewelry workshop cannot be held responsible and no reimbursement can be required.
